It's hot and humid and the summer break is nearly upon us. It's been a lovely term seeing the children (and adults!) develop in confidence to shake and sing along.
The last Saturday Singing class is Saturday 6th July at The Gorringe Park Pub. There'll be a little chocolate treat too so come along!
BREAKING NEWS: We will be downstairs now as they've had a bit of a flood upstairs.
The final Tuesday classes are on 9th July 10:15 and 11:15am.
The final Friday class is 12th July at Graveney and Meadow.
Spring has sprung, the blossom is out and Easter is coming. I love this time of year.
My last Saturday Singing class is on this Saturday 30th March. My regular weekday classes are on until Friday 12th April. There may be a little chocolate treat for you - you never know!
If you want to bring slightly older siblings during Easter break, please do but do be mindful of the little ones. I will limit class sizes so it isn't too crazy. My Tuesday babies class has suddenly gone very quiet so if you know of any new mums and dads, please do let them know. I've been wondering what's been going on? Do email me if you have any feedback you'd like to share to email@example.com
Regular classes will start back on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th April.
Sorry, there are no classes on this half term. Have a good week and I hope the sun keeps shining. We'll be back on Tuesday 26th February at the Gorringe.
I wish you a very happy new year and hope that 2019 brings you health and happiness.
Classes start back Friday 11th January 2019 and I look forward to seeing you all this year for more singing and fun together.
Sadly, my father-in-law passed away on Boxing Day so I will have to cancel some classes to attend his funeral in Glasgow.
Please note, there will be no classes on Saturday 12th or Tuesday 15th January.
Hi all, We are closed now until 8th January 2019. I hope you have a peaceful Christmas and the only present a parent really needs - sleep.
It's nearly Christmas so I will be doing some Christmassy sessions on
Now's your chance to wear your Christmas jumpers and dress your little ones in their Santa or Elf suits!
So do come along:
A reminder that there won’t be any classes on Tuesday 23 October at The Gorringe Park Pub.
All is not lost if you’re looking for an activity as there WILL be a music class on Friday 26th at Graveney and Meadow. Yay! 😀 My talented friend Jennifer will do a very similar session as usual ( no Chirpy though) so do go along 9:30am. She’s got a great voice and plays guitar. CASH only though so have those £1 coins ready!
I’ll be back as usual on Tuesday 30th October. 🎃. Have a lovely half term.
The Gorringe Park Pub is shut on Tuesday 2nd October so please don't go there. I've managed to find another venue just for the day, so we're upstairs at The Selkirk Pub, Selkirk Rd, Tooting, SW17 0ES.
Same times: 10.15am mixed ages. 11.15am just babies.
I do hope you will pass it on if you know someone who comes on Tuesdays. It's just for this week and we're back to normal next Tuesday.
Also, due to family commitments, we're not doing a Saturday class this week but will be back on 13th Oct upstairs at The Gorringe Park pub 10.30am as usual (after yoga finishes so it's a bit of a rush to get in!)
Prices £6 or £9 for two siblings. I do have a card reader too (for a little extra charge as I'm charged for using it).
I hope to see you there. Keep Singing!
It's been a long, hot summer and I hope you had some restful moments at least, whether you've managed to head overseas or have a stay-cation. It's been ages but we are starting back on Tuesday 4th September at The Gorringe Park Pub next to Tooting Railway station, 10.15 mixed ages to 3 years, and 11.15 for babies to walking.
For the first time in probably 5 years, I will have to put my price up a little to £6 p/session. It would be great if you had the correct money as I can't lug around sackfuls of £1 coins. I do also have a card reader (for a tiny extra charge as I am charged to use it) so don't worry if you don't have cash.
I'm really looking forward to starting back so do let me know any songs that are a 'must have'. Excitingly (is that a word?) I'm also going to be starting work for Wandsworth Schools Music Service in children's centres in the Borough and possibly another project yet to be confirmed. See you soon, and keep singing!
Come along to the Gorringe Park pub Tuesday and Graveney and Meadow on Friday for a special treat before a break for the holidays. Chirpy’s got some chocolate ‘eggs’ for you.
What songs do you sing at home? What’s your go to for soothing or bedtime? Is it from your own childhood or contemporary? Would love to know. Tweet or Facebook me @rhythmnbabes. Or email Sally@rhythm-n-Babes.co.uk.
Hi, I'm Sally and I've been running RnBs for over 11 years. I absolutely love seeing the little ones enjoy music and develop over time.
