An update - sad news

Hi all,

Apologies for the radio silence but sadly I have to say my sister Jane died on 29th March.  Some of you knew she had been diagnosed with Stage 4 gallbladder cancer in January 2021 but it suddenly developed  into a brain tumour in the last few weeks.  Obviously as the eldest of five, she was like another mother to us, since our Mum died in 2008 from a similar cancer.    Jane is very much missed by all her family and leaves two wonderful adult daughters.    She loved to sing in choirs and we sang together a lot, even towards the end.

I'm preoccupied with organising the funeral and supporting my nieces so please bear with me.  I do intend to start classes again but I'm uncertain of the date at the moment.  

I know many of you will have experienced a deep loss, so  will understand.  Hold your loved ones tight and  don't waste a moment on trivialities.    Let's make music again together soon.
